“The town of Rive is a small rural village (440 inhab) south of Vercelli. Over the course of the mandate, one of the municipal administration's objectives has always been to bridge the digital divide as far as possible and offer residents and any visitors free internet connectivity services. With the advent of digital services aimed at citizens and the increase in services and services accessible through the internet, it was necessary to give citizens the widest possible access to the network, even in public spaces that are not covered today. For this and to enhance our country, we have decided to participate in the Wifi Italia project and to become part of the public and free national network created by Infratel Italia ”.
