The Benefits

With the WiFi Italia Project, a national network of free wifi access points is created both by integrating existing public networks and by providing each Italian municipality and hospitals with new wifi points.

The Benefits

Free hotspots for municipalities

  • All Italian Municipalities can request the creation of new free wifi points.
  • The new hotspots and already existing municipal networks enter the App and become part of a widespread network spread throughout the national territory

ENG Reti federate

  • All the networks have visibility on the site and on the App with geolocated map, they are accessible by a large number of users already registered and with secure data management.
  • By downloading the app, the citizen's access to the network is automatic, without the need to log in again after the first registration.

How to join

Joining WiFi Italia, you become part of a large, free, public network spread across the territory and available on WiFi Italia App. You can request free hotspots for your municipalities or federate existing public networks.
